Store Pickup

Store Pickup is available for orders at all locations.

At checkout, select “Store Pickup” and choose from the available list of locations.

Pickup Order Processing Time

Pickup orders are processed within (1) one business day.

Pickup Order Confirmation

When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email notification with pickup time and instructions. You are required to present this notification email and a valid government issued picture ID that matches the Shipping Contact name of the order at the time of collection.

Uncollected Orders/Restocking Fee

Orders not collected within (3) three business days from the pickup notification will be cancelled and refunded. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the order refund.

All orders are processed within (3) three business days.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery will be made within (3) three business days from shipping confirmation for Trinidad and within (7) seven business days from shipping confirmation for Tobago.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive confirmation via email together with a tracking number (if applicable).

Damages

The Face and Body Clinic Limited is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
